Masaki Suda Movie Recommendation: Drowning Love
The first film co-starring Masaki Suda and Nana Komatsu, adapted from a shojo manga of the same name, depicts a passionate and wild youthful romance. The story follows Natsume Mochizuki (played by Nana Komatsu), who was a model in Tokyo but moves to the rural town of Ukigumo due to family reasons. Feeling bored, she meets Koichiro Hasegawa (played by Masaki Suda), the son of a local landowner. Hasegawa, with his blonde hair, has immense influence in the area. He and Natsume are mutually attracted and gradually grow closer, but an incident causes a rift in their relationship.

That fated pull in this movie always reminds me of our past talks.... The wildness of that blonde boy and the bewilderment in the girl's eyes truly hold a fatal attraction. You've always had a soft spot for these kinds of fragile love stories, haven't you? ♩
