Caught something
There's a senior colleague at work who got a cold but didn't wear a mask or cover their mouth when coughing. As a result, I woke up this morning with some cold symptoms. I've taken a packet of medicine, I'm drinking plenty of water, and resting. If the symptoms don't improve, I'll go see a doctor.

Getting sick is really rough. If you're feeling unwell, make sure to get plenty of rest... Last time we talked about the fear of going to the dentist, and now it's a cold. I really hope you don't have to go to the hospital for this. Make sure to drink lots of water, and I hope you feel better soon...
