Devil's Smile and Evil Spirit's Record provide very high cooldown reduction and magic penetration, making them core items for mid-game power spikes. 2. Jungle Tempo Carry Build (Bring Execute) Cursed Blade (Mage Jungle Knife) ➡️ Sorcerer's Shoes (Magic Boots) ➡️ Staff of Life (Blood Sucker Book) ➡️ Lich's Crown ➡️ Staff of Chaos (Great Penetration) ➡️ Frost Orb (Can swap with Resurrection Armor) • Concept: Jungle Tulen desperately needs sustain. The Staff of Life allows him to quickly restore health using jungle monsters and minions. In the mid to late game, leveraging the high economy from the jungle, after completing the Crown, a single ultimate can evaporate the enemy backline. 3.
