So I'm on main stage 6 quest and it says to join a community board. How do I go about doing this?

At certain point of completing quest and complex gaming sessions, i noticed that there might be a limit when earning gems while gaming. it was from 1 gem earned to 407 gems earned. idk why most of the times i earn 1 gem while playing for a few hours and randomly i end earning more than 200 after an update. Any answer to this?
