your only level 1 so join a team or the higher your level the more you can exchange your gems to coins per day but you need to put the time in to advance on this site

I have a open spot GENXTEAM only ask you get 5 points per week to stay on and yes your new but if you join it gets better need 2 players at least 2 earn extra gems per week if your still looking and it's automatic so you'd come right in but can't go over 5 players per team
