just keep leveling up I can't remember it's been so long but it pays off. I have cashed in quite a few cash cards and google play cards. so it isn't a scam. I remember wondering the very same thing. Hang in there and Good luck!

I think you have to get to double digits.... Can't quite remember myself either. The closing items in the heart shop I think can give you a clueBy what you have unlocked
