Gems didn't convert to coins.

yeah that happened to me it's like the game don't want u to get coins for some reason it's annoying

contact support. it's never happened to me

it takes some time for the coins to be transferred, but if you don't have them still then contact support

try uninstall restall or clearing cache and storage and make sure your Playio app is up to date there was a couple updates within the last 10 days
