It's essentially just a raffle ticket for the event that you get everytime you complete a time quest for the relevant game. Supposedly, they're given out for Hidden Quests too but I didn't get any HQs. I wouldn't be too excited; still haven't gotten my $10 Amazon card from those 3 weeks of weekly events they did in January. Looks like Customer Support deleted their response to my inquiry too lmaooo
