Hey 👋 I upgraded my castle or anything it is to level 12 but I didn't receive any of points that the app playio says it will give me after I upgrade the castle to level 12 and it happened in a lot other games they don't give me my points can u please solve my problem?

your tracking.... go to your phone settings, search for data usage, apps, playio. turn it off and back on. then come back to playio top right is a gear, make sure those are on for tracking. then restart your phone. should clear up your tracking issue. afterward just restart your phone once a day or so if lots of game play
