Play.io Never Paid Out $10 Amazon Card
Back in January, Play.io ran a few weekly events. I won one and they never sent out the prize, a $10 Amazon Gift Card. When I contacted support, they said there was a delay but that it had now been sent. This remains false months later. They've now taken to ignoring all my inquiries.

AuthorThey'll respond to my other inquires, which is as much proof that they're just ignoring these ones as I need. Nothing in my spam folder. I recommend taking all their event promises with a grain of salt.

yeah guessing you won't be the first player that has problems with there gift cards from what I see and hear on this app hopefully they'll figure it out would say leave a bad Google Play Store review and see how quickly they respond to your problem lol
