just did in in app purchase for a hidden quest for 500 coins and I never got it. it's been 3 hours already...

Yea, contact Customer Support after 24h have passed, although you'll want to do so before the quest expires. Also FYI they sometimes don't pay out the event and just ignore you forever when you contact them so I'd remain dubious about Play.io's services lol. Don't waste too much of your time or money
