Yeah gave them a bad review and took a day or 2 to see the gems went up but just a bit since I didn't have any boost at the moment but know that feeling

For easily fixable problems like an action or hidden quest not rewarding they can respond back as quickly as 2 or 3 days. If it's a big problem like not paying out an event or the 1 gem problem they just ignore it lmao

it's similar to Mistplay in regards to engaging with the app. If the app's open without any activity, it's automatically detected and reduce gems compensation you can just periodically tap the screen Playio posted a notice regarding this and "fair" gameplay for the community participation of their app
