Incorrect time keeping...

yes, I haven't gotten any points today. Maybe they'll catch up later. Sometimes when I get back on in an hr or so they will pop up

on left side in the app here is a gear symbol, click on that. sometimes with updates especially track gets messed up. make sure you are tracking there too.

while at gear also check, diagnosis tracking

Yeah, but having trouble sending it. Today's been a day... (sigh)

I just send them an email from the support email in the play store

Same issue here, Not tracking. at all. And if it does track it's for 4 minutes and then goes back to 3 minutes.

I also wrote to customer service, told them the problem, that it's been going on for a couple of days and its everyone. I'll let you know if I here back.

Think they fixed it, guess all our emails worked lol
