I'm trying to make a purchase so I enter my email address and I received the code then typed it in and it goes back to the same screen asking me for my email address again. Can anyone please tell me what I need to do to purchase a Google play store gift card

never heard that before your going to have to send them a message to Playio and hope it's not a week or longer to receive a reply or if you have a screenshot that might help you get a quicker reply??

you type in email get code check the box scroll down make purchase confirm purchase think you are forgetting to check box and scroll down
