Do you have the latest updates for Playio?? that might be the problem or clear cache and storage it it's still f'ef up then contact them

yes totally agree contact support..... wondering if that was when it was glitching and went out and was being worked on????? Did anyone else see that happening???

After I left my response above I decided to read all the stuff they have regarding this topic. I discovered that because of such high demand on the platform the coins are distributed in a first come first serve order and that the store refills every hour on the hour. As far as the exchanges and not seeing your coins afterwards, it's because they take a little time to process, but after around 10 minutes the coins should be available. The thing I have a real problem with is the gem to coin ratio
