Pokémon Sleep

After getting a silver medal for Ralts, I've been cursed with not getting 'Snoozing'. It's been a while, the first time since getting one, Snoozing~ Too many useless ones like Meowth and Wobbuffet, most chances go to them. There was one Ralts~(*>∀<)ﾉ♪ So I got Ralts and one Meowth. Ralts, hmm, I'll hope for next time. Meowth, no no no no, wh-whywww are you not Raltswww Plus, I already have a Persian made from Meowth, you know. ｡･ﾟ･(ﾉД`)･ﾟ･｡ Or so I thought, but the Skill Speed Down debuff is quite effective. And the Berry Finding S too, numerically. It's fine if I tap every 3 hours though. My previous Persian didn't seem to surpass it either, and even evolving into Gardevoir felt like it was just one step short, so I'll call it good‎( ꒪ཫ‎꒪)

It's great for managing sleep time, and the sleeping faces of Pokemon are so cute!

I'm a beginner and don't really understand things, so I was wondering if anyone kind enough could teach me something about the specifications, even if it's simple? 💦 Does Pokémon Sleep include sleep time as points? Approximately how many points do you get per hour, and how much is that worth in real money? What are the limitations? Is it true that if you play the same game for many days, or for many hours continuously in a single day, the points drop to about 1-5 gems per 5 minutes? Are there any other tricks or rules I should know about?
