I was told that defense is all about intuition and prediction, but it's really hard. I only focus on the ball and end up getting caught out of position, and even when I clear it, they just get it back, so the defense never ends. As for build-up, my passes always get intercepted, and with low overall stats and skill, I can barely get into the opponent's half, let alone take a shot.
