忘却前夜

The enemy is 'Stone Eye,' whom I've fought before. It's a troublesome opponent that lowers my attack power with 'Lethargy' while attacking, and restricts my actions by increasing the cost of cards in hand and deck. However, I managed to defeat it quite easily this time. This was largely due to the "Activated Syringe +" starting relic, which granted an extra 2 energy each turn. This allowed me to deal with cards that had increased costs before they became unmanageable. Furthermore, using a mixed deck of 'Berserk' and 'Chaos' with Ramonna also contributed significantly to my victory by providing ample energy. While the mixed deck slightly reduced the damage output of 'Madness Release,' I defeated it without any major issues! The synergy between my strategy and relics made the攻略 smooth. It was a little too easy!

Following up on the previous 'Cataclysm,' I managed to sneak into the 'Star, Act VI' of the event 'Half-Step Apart'! I charged in with a vague understanding of the system: 'get buffs by completing research cards (missions)' 😅 The team was the same as last time: my own Tais, Agrippa, and Faint, plus a friend's Salvador. And the result... We got crushed in the first battle!!! 😭 It was my first time seeing these enemies, and their gimmick was incredibly annoying... They'd specify conditions like 'use a card with 1 action point,' and if you did, you could weaken the enemy. But the cards used for weakening were actually removed from your deck! 💦 If you don't use them, the enemies get stronger, but if you do, your hand empties – a real dilemma. 😱 Before I knew it, I had no cards left and was defeated... Taking a deep breath, I tried again. Adjusting which cards were removed, This time, I managed to win, just barely scraping by on HP! ✨ Looking at the results, Tais provided the firepower, and Agrippa and Salvador protected us well, just like before. Faint was also great for dealing with consecutive attacks 👍 It was incredibly fun! 🤗

My video submission on PlayPick was rejected (Images 1 & 2). However, after adding explanatory captions to the video and resubmitting, it was successfully approved! (Images 3 & 4). If anyone else is struggling with rejected videos, I recommend trying to re-upload after adding captions that explain your thoughts and the situation during gameplay. It might make your intentions clearer to the reviewers, increasing the chances of approval. By the way, the video that passed was an intense match where I secured a close lethal in my second game after returning. It's a bit laggy though (^q^). I hope this helps anyone facing a similar situation!

The event 'Half-Step Distance' was about to end in about a week after I returned, so I rushed to join it! My vague understanding of the event's unique system was 'It's beneficial to achieve mission-like cards (research) to get buffs!' so I charged in with that in mind 😅 I challenged 'Calamity: Act VI', which has a recommended level of 60, without reaching the required level... and it was indeed a fierce battle 💦 Due to my break, I couldn't even remember how I used to fight in the beginning. But I defeated it successfully! The enemy was incredibly strong 😱 My own Tais was really strong and did her best. Agrippa also did a good job blocking attacks. Faint was at a disadvantage against single-target attacks, but still did her best. I'm grateful to my friends who kept me on their list even after I stopped playing 🙏✨ I tried the unique system, but it was slow to activate, so I didn't feel much benefit from it. I've only cleared the first battle so far, but I'll do my best to see how far I can progress before the event ends!

I had taken a break from 'Oblivion's Eve' due to some fatigue from PvP and the Disaster Exclusion Zone, but I've returned after a while. When I logged in, there was a special event that seemed to be for long-absent players, which made me feel a bit guilty, as if it were waiting for me... 💦 There are returning player-exclusive events like 'Return to School Report' that have started, and I received a generous welcome-back gift, so I plan to play at my own pace again!
