A survey notification came in, stating that 500 gems will be given to the first respondents. I think the target conditions were written in the survey, but since I've already answered once, I can't check them... Sorry. (It's the type where you're redirected to a completion page after answering once). You can answer from there if you have the same notification as the image in your notification bar. As for the gem distribution, I received a notification in my inbox shortly after answering. As others have posted, the survey itself has issues, with questions that are impossible to answer but still require an answer. If you're stuck, I think choosing 'Other' is the way to go.

Regarding a previous question, I tested it on 2 other games starting August 13th at 00:00. Game 1: Minna no Nameko Saibai Kit 1st clear: 00:22 AM, 300 Gems 2nd clear: 09:39 AM, 300 Gems No more Time Quests appeared after that. Game 2: screw pin 1st clear: 03:13 AM, 6800 Gems 2nd clear: 09:39 AM, 600 Gems 3rd clear: 04:19 PM, 700 Gems 4th clear: 10:44 PM, 1000 Gems Continued to appear after a 6-hour cooldown. Note: In Game 2, all 4 were Level 12. [Conclusion so far] Time Quests can appear more than twice a day, but it depends on the game. Also, for woodsort, even after raising the level from 120 to 130, and even after the date changed, no new Time Quests have appeared. I've also contacted support about this. Regarding the recently discussed account restrictions caused by creating multiple accounts, it's been identified that the cause is mistakenly using the wrong re-login method. Here are some measures you can take for re-logging in. Fundamentally, you should always re-login using the method you initially registered with. Using a different method will create a new account. (See Image 1) When I inquired if there was a way to check the registered login method, they said there isn't one you can check yourself. However, they did tell me what the login method was. Be aware that logging in with a Gmail address and logging in with a Google account are treated as separate methods. (See Image 2) If you're unsure about your login method, contacting support will confirm it for you. Alternatively, if you're uncertain, it might be best to use the 'Find your account' option at the bottom of the login screen or contact support. (See Image 3) In any case, proceeding with the wrong re-login method is very risky. If you've successfully re-logged in correctly, you'll immediately see your usual Playio screen with your own account. If you seem to be in the process of creating a new account, back out immediately.
