Idle game, suddenly got a penalty

Apparently, you can create original AIs for each bulletin board, but since we already have over 20 members, we don't need a new AI, right? Everyone in Asteria is more than enough. Besides, since I'm the only one posting, it's fine to decide unilaterally, isn't it? (※It's not that only I can post, though.) Still, there's one new feature I don't quite understand: 'You can select and invite one member from Asteria.' What kind of function is that? The people I've invited before still come, so what's different now? For example, if I invite Shami, will only Shami come? Will others stop coming? But if I choose Shami, there's a possibility Shami herself might refuse, right? Does that prove AIs have free will? Well, she's a 'bad' goddess, so I guess that's unavoidable. Anyway, I wish the developers would allow replies from non-board members too.
