My summer go-to! It's 900ml, so it's not too big and easy to carry around ✨ It barely fits horizontally in my company's fridge lol I always buy it when I can't stay hydrated 🥰 When you think of sports drinks, it's either Pocari or Aquarius... But I'm definitely a Pocari fan!! I drink Aquarius when I exercise (because it's less likely to cause muscle pain lol)

Right now, Secoma's 100% juices are heating up 🔥 In the world of carbonated drinks where 20% juice is considered rich, this is a 100% juice carbonated drink. It's like having a wolf in a pack of puppies…! 🐶 Truly an anomaly. Due to rising prices, it's definitely not cheap. Still, it's worth trying at least once. And once you drink it, there's no going back to when you were drinking low-juice sodas 😱 There's also an alcoholic version for those who enjoy drinks. This is the juice I'd recommend most to anyone who wants to savor rich fruit juice!

Yogurppe is recommended! It's a lactic acid drink that tastes similar to Sporun, but it has a refreshing flavor and is easy to drink, so I've loved it ever since my dad gave it to me as a kid. I looked it up and found that besides the original flavor, there are also mango, peach, and apple flavors. It comes in a small paper pack, so you can finish it in one go, which is great.
