Local Kansai programs have been in a festive mood since morning. It really makes you think, 'People in Kansai love the Tigers too much!' (゜_゜) I'm impressed that this is the region that had the magic number appear from the very start of the baseball season. As for me, who isn't interested in baseball, I can benefit from the sales some stores are having. So while I can't quite get into the hype, I'm grateful.

When I take a bath, I always check my stomach. Ah, the way my stomach sticks out varies so much day by day that I can't tell if I've lost weight or gained weight at all 😫😫😫😫💧 I've been doing light strength training, but I can't tell if it's having any effect at all..
