Would you use an avatar of the opposite gender to yourself? I often see male players using female avatars, so if you don't mind, please tell me why. m(__)m

I have an ingrown toenail and just bought a product to fix it from Daiso. When I got home and tried it on, my ingrown toenail was so severe that the device dug into my flesh and it hurt like crazy. I'm wondering if it would have been faster to just rip the nail off.
