学生ー！！！

My high school has a school trip right after the midterm exams, but before that, we have the volleyball mayor's cup 3 days before the midterms, and even after the midterms, there's the Spring High School Volleyball tournament the day before the school trip. Can't they somehow reduce the density of these events...

Lately, I've been struggling to keep up with my school classes... (I know it's my fault for not preparing and reviewing) I have entrance exams coming up next weekend and the weekend after. I want to focus my studies on Modern Japanese and Math, but... Classical Japanese! Classical Japanese! ... and English! are! so difficult! Plus, I don't like the teacher! Right now, I'm floundering in the middle, trying my best to push through.

Last week, we had a 4-day school festival, with 2 days for the cultural festival and 2 days for the sports festival. However, at the end of the first day, an evacuation order was issued due to heavy rain, meaning we couldn't go home unless picked up. Furthermore, a nearby river reached level 5, and a special warning was issued. My phone rang multiple times in just a few minutes (evacuation order, river level). The school parking lot was flooded up to our ankles. The corridors were also flooded up to our ankles. Water was draining from the gymnasium roof like a fountain. That night, we received notice that all schedules from the next day onwards would be postponed (next day temporary closure, second day of sports festival canceled). It seems some students had to stay overnight because they couldn't go home. Despite the date changes, the food trucks still came. The sports festival, originally planned only for the morning, was moved to the afternoon due to the rain, and we had it while getting lightly rained on. For the cultural festival, food trucks came for the first time this year, and I ate so much! It was practically a food festival. We could see the exhibits, listen to the brass band, and they even had a Pokémon event. Actually, having a day off in between allowed us to enjoy the cultural festival even more.

It was pretty fun Felt like the quality was higher than last year Couldn't go to the 3rd year's area because it was super crowded 🥲
