I'm recommending 'Oni no Hanayome' (The Ogre's Bride). It's a Japanese-style fantasy based on the original work by Kureha. ClariS is singing the opening theme. It's also been adapted into a comic, and the anime features beautiful graphics and a star-studded voice cast.

I love Matsuri Izumi's 'Silent Witch: The Secret of the Silent Witch' and wanted to share it with you all. It's a classic fantasy story about a genius witch who's bad at socializing, infiltrating a school to protect the prince. The author really knows how to nail the climactic moments, so I highly recommend reading the original novel, not just watching the anime!

How about DanMachi? The anime is interesting, but there are also many app events on YouTube, so you can spend quite a lot of time.
