What's everyone's favorite staple food? 🤔 Apparently, 'staple foods are foods that form the center of daily meals and serve as the main source of energy (carbohydrates) that powers our bodies.' So, vote for what you like and eat often, even if not every day! 🔥 By the way, 'cassava' is something you learn about in middle school geography, and it's counted as one of the world's top three root vegetables alongside potatoes and sweet potatoes! ✨️ It's cultivated as a food and energy source for over 800 million to 1 billion people, mainly in tropical and subtropical regions of Africa, Asia, and Central/South America! 😱 Tapioca is also made from cassava! 🧋

What you want to eat might change depending on the timing... but are you more of a sweet tooth🍰 or a spice lover🌶️? 🤔 They say spiciness is pain, not taste, but I still think it's okay to have preferences! ☺ In this foodie autumn, are there any sweets or super spicy dishes you're craving right now? 🤔

This year, I'm actually feeling a proper autumn, but do you all have a favorite season? 🤔 Feel free to share your reasons too! ✨️
