Getting sleep support has become a weekly thing, and even though I usually end up looking at my phone, I've been able to sleep soundly. Thanks to that, waking up early has also become a habit, and I feel like the grogginess in the morning has decreased. Most importantly, it's helpful that it tells me the weather without me having to check it~ I'm also starting to get sucked into the 'swamp' because of it, but oh well...🫠

I finally got a 'Very Good Job' sticker for the first time, and Boski even gave me a 👍️ 🥰🥰🥰 Today's three-line diary entry is: - Got my Vitamin B12 intake. - Had a perfectly balanced meal, except for total calorie intake and Vitamin D. - "Finally got the 'Very Good Job' sticker and Boski gave me a 👍️" (lol)
