Where can I get this feather-like item?

I was super hooked on this game a while back, and even after quitting for a bit, I'd occasionally think 'Maybe I'll play it again~'. But recently, I started playing again with that same vibe and got hooked all over again! There's a lot I don't know since I played the most a few years ago, but the way to progress hasn't changed much, so it's easy to understand, and I want to take my time. I'm currently in the middle of Demon's Shire, and I know up to the end of Demon's Shire, but I've never seen what's beyond it, so I'm really looking forward to it.
