After a 30-pull skip with Verina, I got the heart in another 30 pulls, so it's not too bad. Next is the weapon. I even did a 1-star breakthrough for Hisechu's餅 (rice cake/special item), so I'm worried I don't have enough Star Voices. Hope it's enough in time.

Personally, I think the weapon is a higher priority than dupes, but if possible, it's better to get at least 1 dupe for interruption resistance. Inflation is slowly progressing, but since she's a set with the Heart character, if you're not planning to pull for both, I recommend Yuno, who has high versatility, shield recovery, and decent personal firepower.
