This is my first time on a message board like this, so I apologize if I offend anyone. I've been curious about a certain character in this game for a while, but I wasn't sure if I should play it... until I saw the trending maid outfit video and got hooked. So I decided to give it a try, but I'm having trouble figuring out if that character is currently obtainable. How can I get Lycan and Hugo right now? Please tell me!

Lycan appears as a pity pull on the permanent or limited banner. Hugo is originally obtainable from the limited banner, but currently, you can get him just by logging in as an Anniversary gift.

Hugo also comes with his character's signature weapon (mochi weapon), so be careful not to get another character's mochi weapon after obtaining Hugo! Lycan will eventually appear if you keep pulling on the gacha, so focus on getting Hugo first! Hugo is limited, so get him before the commemorative event ends!
