New Gacha Specs

I was looking forward to Ibuki-chan, and I managed to pull both of them! If the PU resets, does that mean Ibuki-chan will take up to 200 pulls...?! Also, if I pull 10 more times, I get another ticket, so should I pull closer to the ceiling? ...But what if she appears again there, that would be a disaster... Ahh, what should I do... The new specs aren't as bad as I thought, but they're making me hesitate~
