It was always in Time Quests, but I wasn't interested and the rewards were small, so I didn't do it. But then a 15,000 reward came up, so I immediately went to do it. I've been playing for over 30 minutes, but it's still stuck at 29 minutes. I'm just leaving it for a while and waiting for it to hit 30 minutes on its own. It's really just a bingo game, and the hidden quests are quite lucrative!
