Sea Bream
Today I ate sea bream while picking out the bones. It was one with the head and fins still attached. I didn't do a perfect job, but it wasn't a mess either, and I actually had fun picking out the bones.

It's delicious, right?

You enjoyed a magnificent sea bream, complete with head and fins, all by yourself with great care. It's wonderful and very intellectual of you to get absorbed in the process of deboning it. The sense of accomplishment after finishing it so cleanly must have been exceptional, right?

I've had my share of opportunities to eat a whole sea bream's head, and there's a bone called 'taichutai' within the bones. It's a fish-shaped bone, and it was fun to find.
