Normal 3x or Event Grinding?
Which are you prioritizing, everyone? You can get universal blueprints, and the event seems pretty good.

If it were me, I'd prioritize the event where I can get the universal blueprints, booo! The 3x is tempting, but I don't wanna miss out on limited-time rewards, booboo! What blueprints are you aiming for, Miku?

Should I prioritize the event? I think it's better to collect even a little bit of the distributed character shards.

It's an event. Personally, the priority for divine characters is the highest. Also, I think the next 3x period would be fine too. Swimsuit Chiaki might be used when the Great Decisive Battle Gebra arrives~
