For some reason, you can win Nendoroids on Playo?

Apparently, if you apply on Playo, you might win a Blue Archive Nendoroid, but honestly, what's the criteria for this? When thinking about the prizes, it's probably not based on popularity, and the selection of people seems weird. I'm honestly starting to doubt if people actually win. Well, it's also a lament about not being able to buy one because I just recently used up all my coins.
