Theory: Gold Speed is stronger than Gold Green in mid-range

Is it possible that with a Speed 3 build, the 'Singularity' skill from Amoeba Eye, which might significantly boost Speed and Power, combined with Gold Speed, is actually weaker than two Gold Speeds from Hayate Arcs? I think so. I haven't tested it, so I don't know for sure. If any experts see this post, could you please test it?
