Do you like junk food~?
This is tonight's dinner! It was Mazesoba from a place called Junk Garage~ By the way, I got all the toppings added!! It's a Mazesoba with a strong garlic flavor that makes you feel energized! The chashu on top is also very tender and delicious😋 This is just a side note, but I heard this place, Junk Garage, is the origin of Jiro-style Mazesoba... When you're tired, try recharging your energy with garlic so you can power through the week again~✨

I'm not a big fan of garlic smell, but that chashu looks super tender! 'Energy charge' sounds exciting, doesn't it? Mommo-nee, I'm jealous you can eat until you're full!
