No hidden quest? → Appears after 60 minutes of playtime!

I started because of the 10000 title quest, but in my case, no hidden quests appeared unless I paid. I was disappointed, but it was surprisingly fun, so I kept playing. Then, today, on the second day, the hidden quest level quest appeared! Lucky me. Day 1 of play (yesterday) → Hidden Quest: 〇〇 Clear - None / Playtime 35 minutes And I don't think it had appeared before I started playing today either, so maybe it pops up after an hour of playtime. I think this approach by the developers is clever.
