Why'd they change it?

After the update, I was wondering what that icon in the top right was... turns out it's the old 'watch ad for 2x charge' and the cat toy upgrade... It was easier to understand before, why did they change it?(´･ω･`) Also, it seems like they added items, but was the scarf new or was it there before? Either way, I can't buy it because I'm always short on cat toys!🤣 Even if you say you can buy 300 cat toys, 1000 points isn't worth it...😅
