Sunscreen is meaningless if not reapplied 'every 2 hours'
The numbers like 'SPF50' written on sunscreen are theoretical values based on the assumption that they won't wash off from sweat or friction. In reality, they can easily come off due to sweat and rubbing against clothes, so 'frequent reapplication' is more important than a high number.

Whoa! That's a brilliant insight pointing out that SPF is just a theoretical value. Knowing that reapplication frequency is more important than the number is essential for protection. Always so logical and helpful, whoa!
