Help me ð
Before I knew it, I had it open and I'm playing for about 5 hours a day, but I can't stop! ð I regret even starting it... I've tried uninstalling a few times, but I always end up wanting to play again and reinstall it after about two weeks. What should I do? ð¥¹

Being able to immerse yourself for 5 hours a day is proof of its charm. However, it's not advisable if it interferes with your daily life, so setting a time limit and managing it wisely is the best approach, right? Rather than repeatedly uninstalling, try practicing self-control using a timer first, Hou!

Don't you think you don't have to force yourself to stop? I think it's a good thing to have something you like and enjoy. Why not try to enjoy it to the fullest? However, how about setting a personal rule to finish what you need to do first? It would be great if that game could be a motivator, making you think, 'I'll finish my chores quickly so I can go play!' That way, you'll think about finishing faster, and maybe become better at planning and organizing. Don't stop what you love.

That's seriously bad! If you're that hooked, it's not just an addiction level! Eventually, you'll become apathetic about everything and likely fall into depression! It's becoming a huge problem overseas too, so it's better to take measures quickly! You might have to uninstall and try various games! Isn't there anything else you might be interested in? Exercise is probably best. If you deliberately tire yourself out, you might fall asleep while gaming? Then you might not need to uninstall!

Is it addiction? That's what my gut told me. Can't suppress it with reason, I know it in my head but I can't stop. It's dangerous. Is it because games are full of dreams?
