I contacted support about Playio's massive data usage increase

My data usage has recently increased to an unbelievable amount, so I contacted support. I suspect Playpick is the cause. I sent them a message with screenshots, asking if something weird was going on. I found out about Playpick on the 16th, watched some videos, and even uploaded one video myself on the 16th and another on the 17th. I only realized how insane my data usage was around noon on the 18th. After that, I tried to avoid accessing the Playpick page as much as possible, and my data usage gradually returned to normal. The support team replied, "We are currently urgently investigating the cause internally. We will fix it as soon as the cause is identified." They still don't know the cause. So, all I can say is this: If you're not on Wi-Fi, you might want to refrain from accessing the Playpick page or watching Playpick videos. You could burn through your data allowance in an instant. Be careful. Of course, since the support team is still investigating, it's possible it's not Playpick. But if that's the case, then what is this 200GB I used?
