Dinner was cold noodles (Hiyashi Chuka)~~! I like both sesame sauce and soy sauce based dressings, but since my family prefers sesame sauce, we often have it that way. Also, I don't quite get it, but convenience store Hiyashi Chuka, like at 7-Eleven, usually comes with both shredded egg (kinshi tamago) and boiled egg, right? It feels like an egg overload, which is luxurious and I love it! It makes me happy every time I eat it, but at home, it's just shredded egg. Cutting the shredded egg makes me nervous... I thought the toppings probably vary a lot from house to house too. I'm grateful for my family and hope to enjoy our daily meals☺
