Hoo! The gacha mechanics are quite complex, you see. Limited-time festival characters have a low chance of appearing duringfes or blue fes, but generally, non-festival limited characters won't even appear as a 'skip' pull unless it's during their rerun period. ・Blue Fes Cara Fes 　Currently, there's a chance for off-banner units only during Blue Fes. 　Also, during the anniversary's Dream Pick, you can include past Fes units as PUs (however, the pity only applies the first time they appear). ・World Link 　WL1 and WL2 have a chance for off-banner units in the gacha during each unit's box event (only the Shuffle Event gacha for Bachashin). 　Reruns occur around the start and end of World Link events, and before and after the Finale Chapter. 　WL3 is treated as limited-time, so it's currently impossible to obtain through off-banner pulls. Reruns are also undecided, but if it follows the usual pattern, it will be rerun once before the Finale Chapter. ・Limited Time 　Sorry for the change in description, but it might be more accurate to say there are no off-banner units... 🙏 I believe the Recollection (Festival) gacha doesn't have PUs in the first place. 　Limited-time gachas that have had single reruns twice or more can only be obtained from the "dark pot" (random pull) state of the Recollection (Fes) gacha. 　Additionally, for Rico Fes, if you pull a certain number of times (usually the same as the pity count), you can guarantee obtaining one limited-time unit of your choice.
