I posted about gacha seals before, but there was something I didn't know at first, so I'm posting this too. There are differences between permanent, limited, and birthday gachas, so let me explain how they differ. ・Permanent Gacha Members are added to the member exchange after a certain period, and they will be added to future permanent gachas. Bonuses are also applied to the gacha. With free currency... 100 pulls for a guaranteed 4-star, 200 pulls for a guaranteed pickup. With paid currency... 50 pulls for a guaranteed 4-star, 100 pulls for a guaranteed pickup. ・Limited Gacha Limited gachas are set to be held at the end of each month. Re-runs come back after one year. However, after two re-runs, they will no longer be re-run, so you'll have to aim for them through the Recollection Gacha or Limited Select List Gacha. ・Birthday Gacha Only birthday members appear, and the 4-star slots are exclusively for birthday limited cards. It's also easier to achieve Character Rank's 'Secret Room'. By the way, what I didn't know was the timing of limited gacha events and the number of re-runs... I guess I wasn't paying attention while playing casually...

Um, the permanent gacha is added to the drop pool of the very next gacha (regardless of permanent or limited rerun) after it's held~ |ω･ ) If you look at the Star 4 rates in the gacha details, you'll see the latest permanent gacha's Star 4s (for the current WL gacha, it would be Haruka, Minori, and Shizuku's cute type Star 4s from the previous Haruka banner box event). As you mentioned, adding them to the Member Exchange is indeed done a year later. So, while you might get them as a 'surrender' drop in the next gacha, to guarantee obtaining them, you'll have to wait for the pity system during the gacha's run or for them to be added to the Member Exchange a year later 😶
