Dinner time. It was rice, vegetable soup, rolled omelet, and japchae! I made the japchae using Nagatanien's seasoning mix! It was a little spicy and delicious. I served grated daikon radish with the rolled omelet, but grated daikon radish is that much work... It was quite difficult to grate, and it took a really long time. Is there an easier way to make grated daikon radish? And for the vegetable soup today, I went with consommé. I had a lot of mushrooms, so I made it with mushrooms, onions, and carrots. I started cooking for my family and try to make things little by little, and I discover something new every time. Also, I've come to appreciate my family more, realizing how much effort goes into preparing meals. I'm grateful ☺

They also sell grated daikon tubes, you know! ദി ᷇ᵕ ᷆ ) I use it when I only need a little bit of grated daikon ☺︎ At the supermarket I go to, they keep it in the refrigerated section of the fresh fish area 🙌
