It's a matter of preference, but I used to prioritize lottery tickets if not all chibi characters were maxed out. Lottery tickets G are items, after all.

For G, I used to farm it when I wanted a lot of either Vitamins or XP since they drop there. If you're aiming for items or chibi characters (or NP), then lottery tickets, I guess~
