Freezing it... but?
â»For spoiler prevention, I've lowered the post and attached images in the comments. I freeze shredded cheese a lot ð¢ I buy it in bulk and use it frozen for pizza and gratins. But someone told me clearly not to freeze it ð

I freeze mixed cheese too~. There's no way you can finish that huge pack quickly, right? ð I used to keep konjac at room temp because it was a hassle, but freezing it once sounds good! It seems like it'll absorb flavors better.
