Making Adon Play Pachinko

I'm carefully selecting artifacts for Illya. I'm just not getting any Mastery Circlets~ When I enhance artifacts, they always increase like this: ① Charge Efficiency ① DEF% ② Mastery ① Crit DMG And before I knew it, it became like this. He's a dedicated buffer support, so the only times he deals damage are when I summon Adon with his skill and burst. I need his DEF and Mastery, which he references, more than critical hits.
