Otome Kaiju Caramelize

This is personally my favorite wild ride of this season's anime. On the surface, it seems like a typical heartwarming shojo romance, but when the heroine's emotions get intense... and even her friends, who you'd assume are just typical shojo manga side characters, turn out to be something else entirely... It offers a different kind of development than your usual romance anime. It's an anime with a lot of unique quirks in its setting and such, so if you're interested, definitely give it a watch.
